Conveyor Belting

Our field and shop crews are highly trained to vulcanize your belting needs. From Habasit to USFLEX, we have the product you need to keep running. With millions of dollars in inventory and over a million dollars in equipment, we can minimize your expense and downtime. We perform customized hole punching and regular belt maintenance of scrappers, wipers and wear strips as part of our total conveyor maintenance package.

Industrial Hose

Along with our hydraulic products, we assemble all types of industrial hose applications from metal hose to air and water type assemblies. Our state-of-the-art industrial hose center will internally expand, band, clean, tag, serialize and weld a variety of hoses.

Gearbox Assembly Center

At our Tuscaloosa facility, we can make up to 800 different ratios of in-line helical and helical worm right angle reducers within minutes of your order. We inventory all of the components to assemble a gearbox, the gear head kit, the motor adapter, the triple housings and the in-line housing kits. We press fit every gearbox to our manufacturer's specifications and requirements. Our trained technicians carefully assemble each box and individually serialize them so that each can be traced for field service.
